APPOINTMENTS
You can make an appointment with your doctor by phoning or calling into the clinic. Standard appointments are made for 10-minute intervals. If you feel that your issue may take extra time, please advise the reception staff and they can book you accordingly.
Nobody likes to be kept waiting which means strict adherence to these appointment schedules is necessary. However, there are times, due to the unpredictable nature of the medical practice, that waiting times may exceed your expectations, we do apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is generally due to a medical emergency.
It would be appreciated if you no longer require your appointment that you phone and advise the reception staff to allow for the appointment to be reallocated to someone who is waiting to be seen.
Whilst you can contact us by fax or email, we do not book appointments via these services.
